The M32 is the M31 plus a detachable microphone and a NATO connector for your radio. Talk without lifting a cup, and your hearing stays protected throughout.
On an airsoft field or during training, lifting an ear cup is the standard way people still end up with hearing damage: exactly when you want to say something, your ear is open. The M32 solves that with a boom microphone you mount left or right, and a connector that takes a PTT adapter.
The connector is the military TP-120 standard, which means you are not locked to one radio brand: you pick the PTT adapter that matches your radio. Note that Z-Tac PTTs do not work; use an EARMOR or TCI/Nexus adapter.
