Buy an M32 today and you'll run into both versions: the MOD3 and the 2024 PLUS. The PLUS sits higher in price and is the newer generation; the MOD3 is the proven version that has been on fields for years.
Both have the same detachable microphone and the same military connector, so your PTT adapter fits either. Choose on price and availability: if the gap is small, take the PLUS.
